Job summary

Light Inc is seeking a senior enablement and training expert to be the product lead at the centre of our partner programme. You will train partner teams, certify them, and support their first client deliveries, while keeping up with multi-entity accounting, consolidation, intercompany, and statutory reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting, business or related field.
• 5+ years in finance transformation, ERP implementation, or finance advisory.
• Fluent in accounting with multi-entity consolidation and intercompany knowledge.
• Experience training or leading other consultants.
• Strong structured planning and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication with partner leadership and client finance teams.
• Experience teaching and delivering complex product concepts.
• Experience with vendor-side, consulting-side, or customer-side ERP work.
• Comfort with AI tools in delivery and enablement work.

Responsibilities

• Be the product expert; demo workflows and answer complex configuration questions from partners.
• Own partner activation end to end from deep-dive to Light-certified status.
• Deliver the training curriculum: product deep-dives, implementation methodology, data migration, live sessions.
• Run shadow/reverse-shadow cycles and assess readiness for certification.
• Sit with partners on first client deliveries and ensure quality meets Light's standards.
• Guide partners on translating finance requirements into platform design: COA, entity structure, consolidation logic, reporting.
• Identify when partner deliveries go off-track and intervene.
• Push back on shortcuts that won’t work and bring partners along.
• Build enablement library: curriculum, playbooks, templates, recordings.
