Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Partner Development Manager who is driven by a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will contribute to the growth of the partner ecosystem by applying a challenger mindset, effective sales management techniques, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.

This role involves supporting a diverse range of partners across various segments and collaborating with key stakeholders to leverage partnership benefits.

Typical Responsibilities
  • Partner Performance and Impact: Enhance insights into partner performance, create benchmarks, identify actionable insights, track KPIs, and utilize AI tools like Copilot and Agents to streamline processes.
  • Partner Development and Growth: Work with partner teams to develop tailored business plans, identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and support go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner Recruitment: Use data analytics and sales feedback to identify and onboard new partners, focusing on AI capabilities expansion.
  • Partner Advocacy and Team Mobilization: Act as an advocate for partners, resolve escalations, and support strategic meetings and projects.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years of experience interacting with customers/partners, ideally in a technology company
  • Strong data interpretation skills (Excel, Power BI)
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Desirable Experience
  • Experience with Copilot and Agents
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools and systems
