As a Partner Development Manager (PDM), you will have a demonstrated record of success in partner relations and account management for large strategic/named partners. The PDM must be proactive, work independently, and possess excellent communication skills, leadership, and business acumen. You will be responsible for creating, enabling, maintaining, and expanding partnerships with SailPoint’s largest partners, acting as a liaison between SailPoint’s GTM organization and our partners, developing market strategies, and monitoring KPIs.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Owning the partner strategy, including business, marketing, and technical certification plans.
  2. Building GTM solutions and offers.
  3. Aligning executive and functional teams.
  4. Developing KPIs and capacity plans.
  5. Partner enablement and promotion.
  6. Managing customer sales opportunities through the partner network.
  7. Preparing quarterly partner program assessments for management.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in Partner Management and leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or sales (preferred but not required).
  • Proven success in partner-oriented sales environments.
  • Understanding of enterprise technology and innovations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Experience managing partner activities and process improvements.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Expected 50% business travel.
  • Ability to address cultural and geographic differences in a global strategy.
