Chadwick Nott is seeking an ambitious Corporate Partner to establish and grow a corporate practice in Dorset, based in Bournemouth and surrounding areas. The role entails leading strategic growth for the South Coast, advising on high-value transactions and building strong client networks across the region.

You will join a market-leading corporate team with a focus on owner-managed businesses, investors and national organisations, with a hybrid working model and a comprehensive benefits package.

Salary: £120,000+

A leading regional law firm is seeking an ambitious Corporate Partner to establish and grow its corporate offering in Dorset. This is a rare opportunity to build a practice, develop a team and strengthen your market profile within one of the South Coast's most progressive and entrepreneurial business communities.

The Role
You'll be responsible for developing and leading the firm's corporate presence in Bournemouth and the wider Dorset region, including:

• Creating and executing a strategic growth plan for the South Coast
• Advising on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investment transactions, shareholder arrangements, restructures, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work
• Building and strengthening relationships with businesses, entrepreneurs, intermediaries and professional networks
• Working closely with colleagues across the wider firm to unlock opportunities and deliver seamless client service
• Playing a key role in attracting, mentoring and developing future talent
• Raising the firm's profile locally and establishing it as a leading corporate adviser in the region
