Chadwick Nott is seeking an ambitious Corporate Partner to establish and grow a corporate practice in Dorset, based in Bournemouth and surrounding areas. The role entails leading strategic growth for the South Coast, advising on high-value transactions and building strong client networks across the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the firm's corporate presence in Bournemouth and Dorset.
• Create and execute a strategic growth plan for the South Coast.
• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investment transactions, shareholder arrangements, restructures and joint ventures.
• Build relationships with businesses, entrepreneurs, intermediaries and networks.
• Mentor and develop future talent within the firm.
• Raise the firm's profile as a leading corporate adviser in the region.
