Job summary

Codi is seeking a Project Worker (Community Engagement) in Carmarthenshire to support preventative hubs in Llanelli, Amman and Gwendreath. You will act as the single point of contact for customers to access information, opportunities and support, working with partners to deliver wellbeing and community engagement initiatives.

You will deliver information, wellbeing conversations, and develop community networks while maintaining safety and risk management across all activities.

Qualifications
