Job summary

Codi Group is recruiting a Complex Care Project Worker (Relief) in Bedwas, Caerphilly. You will support individuals on their recovery journey, helping to implement high-quality, person-centred care and review plans that reflect needs and aspirations.

We run 24/7 services, with 12-hour shifts across days, evenings, weekends and wakeful nights. The role offers flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

• IT literacy is required.
• GCSE Maths & English (A–C) or equivalent.
• Experience working as part of a team.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with mental health or complex care needs.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to live independently within a care setting.
• Support, prompting and administering medication.
• Engage in social activities with residents.
• Complete and update support plans and risk assessments.
