Job summary

Veritas Education is recruiting a Year 3 Class Teacher for a primary school in Accrington, starting January 2027. The role is part-time, three days per week (0.6/0.8) with potential to add a Year 2 day and move to four days.

You will teach Year 3, plan engaging lessons, assess pupil progress, and work closely with a teaching partner to ensure continuity across the week, within a supportive team.

Are you a passionate Primary Teacher looking for a part-time teaching opportunity in Accrington?

Veritas Education is recruiting a Year 3 Class Teacher for a primary school in Accrington, starting in January 2027. This role offers three days per week, making it an excellent opportunity for a teacher seeking a part-time position.

There may also be the opportunity to work an additional day each week in Year 2, providing management release cover and potentially increasing the role to four days per week.

The role:

Teach a Year 3 class for three days per week.
