Job summary

Veritas Education Recruitment is partnering with a Preston primary school to recruit a Year 3 Teacher for a full-time KS2 post. The role is until at least two terms with potential to go permanent, starting January 2027.

You will plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons, differentiate for mixed abilities, monitor progress and maintain high standards in a school that has been rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering KS2 lessons.
• Ability to differentiate for pupils of varying abilities.
• Strong classroom management and pupil progression focus.

The ideal Year 3 Teacher will be able to plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons that keep pupils focused on classwork and with a key focus on child academic progression.

You will be working with a variety of pupils who will differ in ability, so this means that the teacher must have the ability to differentiate their lessons to the needs of all pupils.
