Veritas Education Recruitment is seeking a part-time Year 3 Class Teacher for a primary school in Accrington. The role is a 0.6 contract, three days per week with potential to add a fourth day for Year 2 cover, starting January 2027.

You will plan engaging lessons, deliver a high standard of teaching, and work closely with your partner to ensure continuity across the week while supporting pupil progress and inclusion for all learners.

Formación

• QTS with eligibility to teach in the UK.
• Solid understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Collaborative approach to sharing class responsibilities.
• Year 1 experience is beneficial for Year 2 day.

Responsabilidades

• Teach Year 3 class for three days per week.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
• Work with your teaching partner to maintain weekly continuity.
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to individual needs.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment with high expectations.
