Job summary

Flourish Education Ltd in Malvern is seeking a dedicated Year 3 Class Teacher for a part-time, fixed-term role starting as soon as possible. You will share planning responsibilities and deliver KS2 lessons in a supportive, inclusive classroom.

The ideal candidate has QTS and KS2 experience, excellent classroom and behaviour management, and the ability to plan, assess, and report on pupil progress. You will work with a job-share partner and colleagues to sustain continuity and high standards.

Qualifications

• Requires Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within Key Stage Two (KS2).
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons for Year 3.
• Teach three days per week with a job-share partner.
• Differentiate learning to meet all pupils' needs.
• Assess, track, and report pupil progress.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and school staff.
