Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD is seeking a Part-Time Year 1 teacher in Wigan to cover 3 days per week. Immediate start available for an experienced KS1 practitioner with QTS. You will work collaboratively with school staff and potential job-share partners to deliver Year 1 curriculum.

Role Details

Position: Part-Time Year 1 Teacher

Location: Wigan

Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible

Commitment: 3 days a week (Part-Time, ongoing)

Key Requirements

Qualification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with recent experience teaching Key Stage 1.

This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks

Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained

You must have the legal right to work in the UK

Flexibility & Teamwork: Ability to seamlessly share a Year 1 curriculum, collaborating effectively with job-share partners and school staff.

Availability: Committed to working 3 specified days per week on an ongoing basis.
