Job summary

Golf Holdings operates Winemark stores across Northern Ireland, delivering wine and beverage products with local expertise. The successful candidate will support the Store Manager in sales, security and stock control while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Part-time role, 30 hours per week, with a focus on accurate cash handling, promotional setup and maintaining high store standards. A friendly, professional demeanor and teamwork are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent).
• Three months of previous experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with customers and colleagues.
• Able to actively sell to customers and meet their needs.
• Good presentation, professional appearance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Identify selling opportunities and act on them.
• Maintain housekeeping and store standards inside and outside the shop.
• Ensure stock is merchandised to company standards and assist with promotions.
• Safe and secure premises, comply with cash handling and administration rules.
