Winemark is seeking a Sales Advisor for Greenmount, NI. You will deliver top customer service, identify selling opportunities and support store operations, stock control, and promotions. Applicants should have maths/english GCSEs at grade C+, retail experience, and a customer-focused attitude.

You will work in a role with 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, contributing to a sales-driven, team-oriented environment in Northern Ireland.

Qualifications

Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
Communication skills with customers; written and verbal.
Customer-focused attitude delivering high quality service.
Ability to actively sell to customers.
Personal drive, positive attitude and motivation.
Smart appearance; good dress sense.
Team player with ability to work in a team environment.

Responsabilités

Provide the best level of service to Winemark customers.
Assist the Store Manager in sales, security and stock control.
Maintain excellent customer service with up-to-date knowledge of store products.
Identify selling opportunities and act on them.
Ensure housekeeping standards inside and outside the store.
Control and merchandize stock per company standards.
Assist with promotional setup and ensure safety and security.
