Lift Sir Herbert Leon Leisure Centre, part of Lift Schools, is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the face of the centre. You will welcome visitors, handle enquiries, manage bookings and support day-to-day reception and admin tasks.

The role offers part-time hours, engaging with students, staff and the local community, and contributes to wellbeing initiatives and safeguarding compliance within the centre.

Competenze

• Experience in a customer-facing or office environment is essential.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills are required.
• Good IT skills and confidence with office systems and equipment.

Mansioni

• Welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage phone calls and the main email account efficiently.
• Sign in/out visitors and students in line with safeguarding.
• Coordinate appointments, meeting room bookings and deliveries.
• Support the wider administration team with clerical tasks.
• Maintain an organised, welcoming reception area.
• Assist with first aid duties following training.
• Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality and health & safety procedures.
