Job summary

Aspire Leisure Centre in Stanmore is seeking a Weekend Receptionist to join our friendly team. This weekend role provides a welcoming face for members and visitors, with chances to develop customer service skills. Core hours are Saturday 7:00–15:30 and Sunday 7:00–14:45, totaling 15.25 hours weekly.

Working Hours:

• Saturday: 7:00am to 3:30pm
• Sunday: 7:00am to 2:45pm
• Total: 15.25 hours per week

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience working in a busy reception or office environment
• Experience within the leisure, fitness, or hospitality industry
• Experience supporting or working with disabled people
• Previous experience making or receiving sales calls
