Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operational Administrator in Scunthorpe. The role supports warehouse operations with documentation, data entry, and coordination with external hauliers. Training will be provided to ensure accuracy and system knowledge.

You'll use WMS and Excel daily to keep records up to date, with a focus on accuracy, organisation, and timely task completion. This is a permanent part-time role with shift patterns as outlined.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident IT user, with experience of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain accurate records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
• Carry out general administrative duties to support the warehouse operation.
• Book in external hauliers and ensure all shipment information is accurate and up to date.
• Verify and maintain data on spreadsheets, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide administrative support to the wider warehouse and transport teams as required.
