Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Visiting Scheme Manager to look after the St Nicholas Court and Villa Plage retirement schemes in Bognor Regis. The role is 20 hours per week, permanent, with a starting salary of £13,987.30 per annum.

You will manage communal areas, coordinate repairs, and supervise contractors while supporting residents' independence. You will be the first point of contact for residents and leasehold queries, travel across the region when required, and contribute to building

Responsibilities

• Manage the general upkeep of communal areas and building fabric, including organising repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Oversee contractors on annual contracts, supervise communal cleaning, gardening and window cleaning.
• Act as first point of contact for resident concerns, leasehold enquiries and property alterations, providing empathetic guidance.
