Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care is seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join Mintlaw Vets on a part-time permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming and compassionate client experience while supporting appointment management and client communications.

The role offers flexible shifts Monday to Friday with some Saturday mornings, within a supportive, RCVS-accredited practice that values feline-friendly care and Fear Free approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on service and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
