Job summary

Mintlaw Vets, part of inspiring vet care, is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join the team on a part-time permanent basis. The role focuses on welcoming clients, managing appointments and supporting both clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure a positive client journey.

Experience in customer-facing roles and strong communication are valued as you handle enquiries, bookings and general administration. Flexible hours around 8:00am–6:30pm, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays.
