inspiring vet care is seeking a friendly, organised Receptionist for Mintlaw Vets in a part‑time permanent arrangement. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience to clients and patients.

You’ll manage appointments, handle enquiries, and work closely with clinical and non‑clinical colleagues to ensure a positive journey for clients and patients.

Qualifications

• Friendly, organised and customer‑focused individual
• Experience in a customer‑facing role with strong service orientation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
