Job summary

Westcountry Case Management seeks a warm, reliable Support Worker to assist an older gentleman at home in Frome. This role focuses on companionship, daily routines, and getting out for activities, with 30 hours per week and a mix of daytime and sleep-in shifts. You don't need prior care experience; full specialist training, supervision, and DBS checks are provided.

Driving licence required. Part-time shifts include weekdays, weekends, and nights, with competitive hourly rates (£15.75–£17.85,

Qualifications

• Able to work one-to-one.

• Full UK Driving licence required.
• Experience in care or similar would be useful.
