Job summary

Cornerstone Community Care is seeking part-time care colleagues in Irvine, Kilwinning, Saltcoats and Ardrossan to support individuals with physical and learning disabilities. Shifts typically run 8am–7pm on a rota, with some sleepovers and holiday cover as needed. Training is funded, and progression is supported through our academy.

No prior experience required; we provide full training, support, and funded qualifications as you work.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shifts usually fall into early or back shifts between 8am and 7pm.
• Some days may involve supporting enjoyable activities and outings.
• Successful candidates will join the PVG Scheme and work towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare.
