Job summary

Cornerstone in Perth is seeking a caring and reliable Support Practitioner for a part-time role (16 hours per week) on a fixed-term contract until February 2027. You will support a gentleman with complex needs at home, building a trusting relationship and assisting with daily living, hobbies, and outings.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; we will fund your SVQ SCQF level 6/7 and SSSC registration. Driving licence is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence is helpful but not essential.
• Excellent listening and communication skills are important.
• Caring attitude and positive approach to learning.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living and assist with hobbies and outings.
• Build a trusting relationship with the gentleman and provide companionship.
• Assist with routines, safety, and mobility as needed.
