Job summary

Cornerstone in Irvine is seeking a part-time care assistant (16 hours per week) to support two ladies who use wheelchairs. The role involves mobility assistance, hoists, and accompanying activities; a full UK manual driving licence with at least one year's driving experience is required.

No experience? Training and funded qualifications are provided. Sleepovers are paid separately at £107.60 per sleepover; you’ll join a supportive team with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; training provided.
• Full UK manual driving licence and at least one year's driving experience.
• Commitment to safeguarding and PVG checks (as part of pre-employment).

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility and transfers using hoists.
• Support two ladies with daily activities and outings.
• Document care notes and communicate with team.
