Job summary

Jobtrain is seeking compassionate helpers to support individuals with physical and learning disabilities in Irvine, Kilwinning, Saltcoats and Ardrossan. Part-time roles (16-30 hours per week) offer flexible shifts and meaningful day-to-day impact.

No experience? No problem. We provide funded training and qualifications; drivers with full UK manual licence are a plus but not required. You'll join a friendly team, gain qualifications, and enjoy 26 days leave plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Team player with a friendly, proactive attitude.
• Comfortable using computers and tablets and willing to learn.
• Confident communicator and reliable in a supportive role.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities and routines.
• Assist with meals, personal care, and mobility support as needed.
• Help plan and participate in activities in home and community settings.
• Promote independence and well-being in a respectful manner.
