Cornerstone (Aberdeen) is seeking a part-time Support Practitioner (Driver only) in Cumbernauld to help individuals live independently in their homes and communities. The role focuses on personal care, meal preparation, daily living activities and participation in community events.

Candidates must hold a full manual UK driving licence. Training towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare is supported, with a requirement to register with SSSC within 3 months.
