Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland in Shotts is seeking a compassionate Support Practitioner to assist individuals living in their own homes with daily tasks, including personal care, meals, housework and finances.

This 20-hour role requires driving with access to your own car; weekend work is on a rotational basis. You will receive fully funded SVQ training and ongoing in-house development opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals living in their own homes with daily living tasks, including medication and finances.
• Support with housework, meal preparation, moving and handling, cooking and personal care.
• Encourage participation in hobbies and social activities.
• Document observations and report changes to the care team.
• Ensure safety and dignity in all aspects of care.
