Cornerstone (Aberdeen) is recruiting for a part-time Support Practitioner (Driver) in Irvine. You will help a young man live actively, plan engaging activities, and promote inclusion, with a focus on participation and personal goal achievement.

No prior experience is required; you will be trained, paid, and supported throughout. A UK manual driving licence and an energetic, outdoorsy mindset are desirable assets.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must have a full UK manual driving licence with at least 1 year on the road.
• Energetic and keen walker who enjoys being active.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities for participation and inclusion for the supported young man.
• Support daily activities and help him achieve personal goals and aspirations.
• Promote independence and social engagement through personalised activities.
