Job summary

Just Recruitment Group is supporting a growing organisation on the outskirts of Sudbury in their search for a Part Time Customer Administrator.

The role is offered on a part-time basis, Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10am-2pm, with flexibility to cover holidays and busy periods where you may be asked to work up to five days a week. You will provide efficient customer service, handle order processing and invoicing, and liaise with Sales, Production, Accounts, QC, Regulatory and Distribution teams.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders within 24 hours.
• Provide order acknowledgments and pricing guidance where needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries on order status and delays.
• Allocate stock to orders for warehouse and distribution.
• Plan transportation to meet delivery dates.
• Produce and distribute invoices.
• Learn other team members' roles to assist during holidays or absences.
• Be flexible to cover extra days during busy periods.
