Job summary

Derby College Group (DCG) at Roundhouse Campus in Pride Park, Derby, is seeking a friendly Customer Service Assistant/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors. You will deliver outstanding service, handle enquiries efficiently and support the Student Services team.

The role is 2 days per week, 7.5 hours on Tuesday and Wednesday. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, sound IT skills and a willingness to work towards NVQ Level 2 in Customer

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service or Administration (or willing to work towards).
• Experience in reception or customer service preferred.
• Good IT skills and ability to handle enquiries calmly.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and be the first point of contact for students, staff and external partners.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and manage enquiries efficiently.
• Support the Student Services team and contribute to a positive campus experience.
