Job summary

University of Chichester is seeking a part-time Service Advisor to join the Support and Information Zone (SIZ) team across the Chichester and Bognor Regis campuses. You will handle first-line queries from students, staff and visitors, delivering friendly, efficient information and IT support as needed.

Working 17 hours per week over 36 weeks per year, you will contribute to a high-quality customer service experience and be a key contact for Professional Services and Academic departments.

Qualifications

• The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills along with proven experience of delivering first line customer service and support in a complex environment.
• Experience or demonstrable skills in first line IT support is essential for this post.

Responsibilities

• Answer queries and resolve issues relating to a broad range of topics including first-line IT support.
• Provide information on student support services, registration and admissions information, and access to electronic resources.
• Act as a key contact with Professional Service teams and Academic departments to ensure excellent customer service.
