Job summary

Ryman in the United Kingdom is inviting applications for a Store Supervisor to work 10 hours per week. You will support the store management team and help drive turnover and customer satisfaction in line with brand standards.

You will lead by example on customer service, assist with training, ensure visual merchandising and store housekeeping, and take on duty flexibility including coverage when needed. This role offers a chance to grow with the Theo Paphitis Retail Group.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for Ryman and the Retail Group while engaging customers.
• Contribute to making Ryman the top high street stationer through strong service.
• Lead and train colleagues, maximise team performance with available tools.
• Ensure security and accuracy of systems and enforce company policies.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards.
• In absence of management, assume accountability for safety and drive KPIs.
