Job summary

James-Hall- is seeking a highly capable part-time Supervisor to help manage our stores, lead the team, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

You will be involved in supervising customer service, store standards, health & safety, and audits, with responsibilities when the Store Manager/Assistant Manager are absent. This role requires enthusiasm, adaptability, and strong people skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Taking responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
• Leading by example to ensure all store standards, including customer service, health & safety, and food hygiene, are maintained.
• Updating and maintaining store audits and administrative procedures.
