James-Hall- is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead and motivate a team, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations. You will cover store management duties in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, upholding health & safety standards and store hygiene.

The role requires a flexible approach to working hours and a proactive, customer-focused attitude to help drive store performance and audits. This is a permanent, full-time position with 39 hours per week.
