• Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, or experienced Chef de Partie, with strong knowledge of food safety, staff supervision, costing, and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day kitchen operations and help maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
• Assist in cost control, menu execution, and adherence to brand standards.
• Provide hands-on leadership and supervise kitchen staff to ensure optimal performance.
