Castell Mynach in Wales is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef with a passion for cooking, training great people and delivering memorable guest experiences. You’ll run a section, mentor your team to work as one, and step in to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

As a Part Time Sous Chef at the Castell Mynach , you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
