Green Man (Ember Inns) is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train staff and step up in the Head Chef's absence. Join the Ember Inns team known for traditional pub grub and community focus.

You will work within a branded menu, drive team targets and contribute to great guest experiences with strong stock control and health & safety emphasis.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or similar role preferred.
• Ability to train and develop team.
• Capable of working in a branded menu environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a kitchen section and ensure teamwork as one.
• Support Head Chef with food ordering and stock control.
• Oversee compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
• Drive targets with the team.
• Inspire and train staff to deliver quality food.
• Step in for Head Chef when absent.

As a Part Time Sous Chef atthe Green Man, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
