Mitchells & Butlers PLC’s Ember Inns – Green Man is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef who loves great food and developing people. You’ll run a section, lead the team, and step in for the Head Chef when needed, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.

As a Part Time Sous Chef at the Green Man , you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You'll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
