Dukes Head Billericay is seeking a part-time Sous Chef who loves great food and training people, and who can lead the team in the Head Chef’s absence. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team work together to deliver dishes guests will remember.

As a Part Time Sous Chef at the Dukes Head Billericay, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You'll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
