Job summary

MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC seeks a Part Time Sous Chef for the Green Man, Ember Inns. You will run a kitchen section, train and inspire your team, and step up in the Head Chef's absence while keeping guests delighted with our pub-style meals.

You will lead with passion for great food, ensure health and hygiene standards, and contribute to a collaborative, community-focused kitchen. Join a brand known for traditional pub grub and great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to lead a section in Head Chef's absence.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Passion for serving great food and training people.
