Mitchells & Butlers is hiring a part-time Sous Chef at Crown. You’ll run a section, lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef, and focus on great food and guest satisfaction. Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team or a section.
• Ability to train and develop junior staff.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and food safety standards.

• Support Head Chef with ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Lead in working with a branded menu.
