Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef for All Bar One Bath. You will lead a section, train your team, and step up in the Head Chef's absence, delivering great food and guest experiences in a vibrant city centre bar.

You will be responsible for food ordering, prep, stock control and ensuring adherence to branded menu standards, while upholding health and hygiene regulations. Join a team that values development and teamwork in a fantastic Bath location.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen section and delivering high-quality dishes.
• Ability to train and inspire staff to perform at their best.
• Solid knowledge of health and hygiene regulations in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support the Head Chef with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Manage chefs and the wider kitchen team with confidence.
• Work with a branded menu and ensure consistent quality.
• Ensure the kitchen complies with health and hygiene regulations.

As a Part Time Sous Chef at All Bar One Bath, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
