Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Part-Time Sous Chef at the Beagle within the Vintage Inns portfolio. You will run a section, train your team and step up in the Head Chef's absence. No CV is needed; the application is mobile-friendly and quick to complete.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen section and training staff.
• Ability to work as part of a team and step in for the Head Chef when required.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
