NHS Highland's Nairn & Ardersier Social Work Team seeks a Social Work Assistant Practitioner on a permanent, part-time basis (19.5 hrs/week) to join our fully integrated adult social care service.

You will carry out statutory duties, conduct person-centred outcome-focused assessments, undertake reviews, and work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
