Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team in Nairn as Support Practitioners, delivering person-centred support in people’s own homes. This part-time role focuses on daily living assistance, personal care and practical tasks within a supportive, inclusive environment.

No prior care experience is required as we provide comprehensive training, including a fully funded SVQ, to help you develop essential skills and build a rewarding career in social care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals living in their own homes with daily living tasks and personal care.
• Support with medication and finances, housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Engage in the hobbies and activities of the people we support to promote wellbeing.
