Job summary

B&Q Limited is seeking a part-time Showroom Advisor in Leatherhead. You will engage customers, ask questions to understand their needs, and propose suitable products and installation options.

You’ll use design software to create visuals and quotes, coordinating multiple projects both in person and online to guide customers from ideas to delivery. The role is 20 hours per week with shifts across Monday to Sunday, 7:00am–10:00pm.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with customers and colleagues.
• Comfortable using software to produce inspirational designs and proposals.
• Motivated by targets and able to convert designs into sales.
• Flexible to work on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend finance, products and installation options.
• Use design software to create inspirational designs and quotes for customers.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers both virtually and face to face, guiding them from ideas to delivery.
