Job summary

B&Q Leeds is looking for a Showroom Advisor on a part-time contract (28.75 hours per week). You’ll put the customer first, ask questions, and explore options to recommend finance, products and installation choices, using design software to translate ideas into inspirational visuals.

You’ll coordinate multiple projects, support customers face-to-face and virtually, and guide journeys from ideas through to delivery.

Qualifications

• Great communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Able to work as part of a team and handle multiple projects.
• Keen eye for design and ability to translate ideas into visuals.

Responsibilities

• Focus on customer needs and explore options to recommend finance, products and installation.
• Use software to produce inspirational designs that bring customer projects to life.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers face to face and virtually from idea to delivery.
• Work a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
