B&Q Crawley is looking for a Showroom Advisor to join the team on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). You’ll focus on customer needs, guiding them through finance, products and installation options, and producing inspirational designs.

The role requires strong communication, eye for design and teamwork, with weekend/evening availability. You’ll work with colleagues and installers to ensure excellent service, with targets and individual bonuses up to £250 per quarter, plus a £3,000

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Target-driven with ability to convert designs into sales.
• Good problem-solving skills and eye for design.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Able to work closely with colleagues and installers to deliver great service.
