Job summary

B&Q Salisbury is hiring a Showroom Advisor for a permanent part-time role of 30 hours per week. Shifts run Monday to Sunday from 7.00am to 8.00pm.

You will help customers design and select kitchen and bathroom solutions, using design tools to visualise projects and coordinating multiple orders for delivery and installation. Expect a competitive hourly rate of £14.37 including a location allowance, with individual bonuses up to £250 per quarter and a £3,000 top-performer award.

Qualifications

• Great communication and relationship-building skills with customers.
• Motivated by targets and confident in converting designs into sales.
• Works well in a team and is a good problem-solver with an eye for design.
• Flexible to a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Use software to produce inspirational designs that bring customer projects to life.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers virtually and face to face.
• Take customers on a journey from inspirational ideas through to delivery.
